You can’t have one without the other. Here at BTMB, we don’t just customize workout programs to meet your specific needs. We also provide a space for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings and how they may be negatively affecting your personal relationships, work and gym performance, and overall life satisfaction. What could be cooler than that?
All training packages include fitness, psychological and nutritional assessments from someone from the BTMB team. Also included are customized off-day routines.
There are no initiation or gym membership fees
Training sessions include cardiovascular endurance, dynamic stretching, free weights, circuit training, toning and conditioning, weight management and dynamic talking.
